ALD-Holcroft's 2008 Vacuum Carburizing Symposium was held at the Henry Ford complex in Dearborn, Michigan.  Taking advantage of what is widely regarded as the most beautiful ballroom in Michigan, the Symposium began mid-day on Tuesday and completed late Wednesday afternoon.  All toll, eight technical presentations were given, all specific to the process of low pressure carburizing.

An authentic 1851 dinner took place on the Henry Ford campus, within the Eagle Tavern, a mainstay in Greenfield Village. 

We're looking forward to our next Symposium, now planned for September 2010.
